
We recruit a small number of graduates most years. We limit numbers so that we can give the right amount of support to each recruit to ensure they achieve their full potential. This is an important factor in maintaining our reputation for professional excellence.
The typical entry route is a second degree in transport planning or engineering, but we have many successful examples of recruiting from a diverse range of backgrounds. A genuine passion for transport consultancy is essential.
Competition is fierce. Successful candidates are intelligent, well informed, well rounded and flexible, with a demonstrable enthusiasm for developing the professional and commercial skills necessary for a successful career in consultancy.
