Gordon Baker is the Managing Director and an Executive Board member of JMP, with a strongly-held belief in the Company’s vision to deliver sustainable transport solutions. He has a keen interest in the national and global effects of transport trends on accessibility, health and welfare, and believes that the pace of change requires us to regularly challenge traditional norms, many of which may be regarded as not keeping pace with the challenges of current and future decision-making.

“Our world is changing and, as professionals, our approach to delivering transport solutions must challenge traditional thinking. Nowhere is embedded traditional thinking more evident than in transport, where we are often faced with an ongoing admission from leaders across the globe that we are making no progress in reducing the impact of emissions from transport at a local, national or global level. It’s our job to continue to ask why this should be the case and to seek out and develop better solutions.”
