Kelvin Clarke is a Director of JMP and a Chartered Engineer with more than 25 years experience in development planning. This includes land-use and transport demand studies, regeneration led masterplan projects, appraisal of strategic land opportunities and ensuring that all nature of development opportunities, large or small, can progress through the often challenging planning system.
He has, for too long, been constrained by “predict and provide” and is waiting for the day when the practical application of land-use / transport planning is embraced by all, leading to the sustainable transport future which underpins the vision of JMP.
