Phil is a Chartered Civil Engineer with more than 25 years experience in highways design and construction, traffic engineering and development planning. He is a Director in JMP’s southern region and is responsible for directing and managing development planning, engineering and infrastructure projects with a focus on linking successful pre-planning activities with post planning delivery on development projects, particularly discharging planning conditions, scheme design and construction.

Drawing on a wide range of experience working for a contractor, local authority and consultancy, he is responsible for delivering traffic and civil engineering services to the private and public sector including feasibility studies, preliminary and detailed design, implementation and construction supervision.
